New York, NY--Sara Yood announced on LinkedIn that she has been appointed the new president, CEO, and general counsel of the Jewelers Vigilance Committee (JVC). This follows the departure of Tiffany Stevens, who resigned to pursue another role in a different industry.

Yood expressed her gratitude for Stevens' mentorship and leadership during her tenure at JVC, noting that Stevens played a significant role in her professional development. "To say that Tiff has been my champion at JVC would be the understatement of the century," Yood remarked in her post, acknowledging Stevens' influence and guidance.

Beginning her new role on June 24, Yood takes the helm at a pivotal moment for JVC. She highlighted her eagerness to advance JVC's ongoing initiatives and projects alongside its dedicated team.

"We are mid-process on so many big concepts and projects, and I'm looking forward to continued collaboration in the jewelry industry and beyond," Yood stated in her post.

Expressing appreciation for the support she has received, Yood highlighted the critical role JVC plays in the jewelry industry. "JVC is more important than ever, and I'm honored by the opportunity to lead us forward," she added in her post.
