New York, NY--William Jones IV, COO of Sissy's Log Cabin, has been selected for Jewelers of America's 2024 class of 20 Under 40. This recognition honors young leaders under 40 for their leadership and contributions to jewelry retail.

Chosen by a panel of industry experts, the honorees were recognized for their leadership, innovation, and success in advancing their jewelry stores while upholding ethical standards.

"William has been a driving force behind the innovation and success at Sissy's Log Cabin, seamlessly blending tradition with modern ideas to create an unrivaled customer experience," Sissy's Log Cabin CEO Bill Jones said, as per a report published by Arkansas Money & Politics. "His leadership is setting new standards in the industry, and his role as a co-founder of the Jewelry Sales Academy shows his dedication to education and professional growth within the jewelry sales community.

Jones co-founded the Jewelry Sales Academy, providing training based on experiences from Sissy's Log Cabin. The Academy focuses on retail jewelry strategies, systems, and ideas to help jewelry stores succeed in today's market.

"Many of these professionals are already trailblazing and leading our industry forward, and we look forward to being part of their journey," added Jewelers of America President and CEO David Bonaparte, per the report.
