PGI-USA Launches New Retail Program Celebrating America’s Top Platinum Sales Professionals December 11, 2014 (0 comments)


New York, NY—Platinum Guild International is launching an exciting new program to honor the nation’s most talented platinum sales professionals, the Platinum Hall of Fame. The sales professionals recognized within the program consistently earn more profit for their store and themselves through sales of platinum jewelry, while giving bridal customers what they want. According to a PGI/Millward Brown consumer study conducted earlier this year, 77% of bridal consumers said that platinum was either their first choice or a serious consideration. 

PGI provides education and sales support to its Preferred Platinum Partners to equip sales professionals with the tools they need to effectively sell platinum. Mystery shoppers visit stores throughout the U.S. to evaluate the in-store experience and identify sales professionals who demonstrate exemplary platinum product knowledge and customer care.  Sales professionals who achieve a perfect score of 100% on a mystery shopping evaluation report receive the honor of induction into the Platinum Hall of Fame.

The Platinum Hall of Fame honorees each received a framed Certificate of Recognition, letters of congratulations to both themselves and their storeowner or manager, and a beautiful platinum lapel pin identifying them to peers and customers as a platinum expert.
