Merrick, NY—November was full of big news for the industry. De Beers released the findings of its 2019 Diamond Insight Report, which indicates the industry is still on a sharp trajectory of change. In line with those findings, it has renamed the former bridal category “commitment jewelry.” Forevermark launched its first U.S. brand boutique in partnership with Padis Jewelry, while several venerable retailers are closing.
